About Us:
Our goal is to offer quality grooming services while helping your pet to feel calm and secure,
avoiding the anxiety some pets may feel during the grooming process.
Services we offer include nail care, comprehensive bathing, and full grooming sessions,
as well as color / styling, show trims, and select retail products.
Meet Our Family:
Jessica Yost
Jessica Yost is a Nash Academy graduate who entered her first grooming competition at the Pittsburgh Pet Expo
in October 2017 and has since entered Rescue Round-Up, Model Dog Creative, and Live Creative in three cities
since 2017, with plans to enter (and win!) more competitions in the future.
She has been an avid animal lover her entire life, and has raised Labradors, Standard Poodles, owned several horses,
and rescued/rehabilitated many birds and cats.
Her current pets include her the Original Poodle, Paisley, as well as Jamie and Finnegan, both Standard Poodles. Joining the pack recently is a foster failure German Shepherd named Bells, plus four cats.
When she’s not grooming, she’s spending time with her family; she has two beautiful little girls, Cailet and Emma,
and a wonderful husband, Adam.
Jessica Featherston
Jessica Featherston is an avid rescuer of animals, currently having 15 cats that she has saved from various situations. She also owns two Rough Collies, Beau and Baron. Jessica is currently running her church in Paris, Ky while caring for her aging father. She is an avid reader and adores history, especially the American Revolutionary War. Many of her animals are named after famous founders!
When she is in the salon, she is the driving force behind Foxy Paws, and is who made all this happen for us! Jessica’s wish to have a calm, safe, understanding environment for her two rambunctious collies and her willingness to give this business her all is how Foxy Paws came to be, standing side by side with Jess since 2019 as her partner and best friend.
